Why it matters

Concrete soaks up Florida's grime

Concrete is porous. In our climate, mildew and algae grow into the surface and turn driveways and walkways dark, and in the shade they can get slippery, too.

Pressure washing is one of the most affordable ways to make a whole property look cared for. We remove grime, oil, dirt, mold, mildew and other buildup from concrete and pavers using proper techniques and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.

Regular cleaning protects the surfaces you've invested in. After cleaning, sealing pavers helps them resist stains, slows down how fast growth comes back and helps hold the joint sand in place.

Our process

How we clean concrete

  1. Look and quote

We look at the surface, the stains and whether you want your pavers sealed, then give you a clear price.

  2. Pre-treat

Heavy mildew and stains get a cleaning solution first so they lift out instead of just fading.

  3. Pressure wash

We clean the whole surface evenly so it dries to one consistent color.

  4. Rinse & seal

We rinse the area clean, and seal your pavers if that's part of the job.

What customers say about our driveway & concrete cleaning

“He pressure washed the sidewalk which was really bad because I had a pipe burst in the front yard that ruined my sidewalk. He did the driveway which had pavers with weeds growing in between. He did a great job there too. I would recommend him 100 times over!”

“Daniel has pressure washed both our home and business property. He's very responsive and did an excellent job on both. He suggested sanding & sealing our home's paver walkway/entrance porch. He came back to complete another day & it also turned out great!”

“It was a pleasure to work with Dan. He is so cooperative and does a wonderful job. My driveway looks amazing now and I would recommend him to anyone. He is also reasonably priced.”

FAQ

Driveway & concrete cleaning questions

Will pressure washing damage my driveway?

Not when it's done right. We match the pressure and cleaning solution to the surface, so concrete and pavers get clean without being etched or scarred.

Can you remove oil stains?

We can lighten most oil and grease stains a lot. Very old stains that have soaked deep into the concrete may not come out completely, and we'll tell you up front what to expect.

Do you seal pavers?

Yes. We seal pavers, including paver driveways, patios and walkways, after cleaning them. Sealing helps protect pavers from stains, slows down how quickly mildew comes back and helps hold the joint sand in place. We don't seal plain concrete.

How often should I clean my driveway?

Once or twice a year keeps most driveways looking good in Florida. Shaded driveways and those near sprinklers may need it more often.

How much does driveway cleaning cost?

It depends on the square footage, the surface and whether you want your pavers sealed. Estimates are free: call (386) 679-6569 or text us photos.
